The human guide was mainly there for taking pictures and telling us which number to press on the audio guide. She was nice and helpful but we sometimes felt a bit rushed with listening to the audio guide (German language takes longer apparently). The wine tasting was nice. All in all we liked it but the tour could have been a bit more personal.”
